ORDER QUESTIONS

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, our team gets to work to print, then cut and sew your item by hand. Because of the personal addention and detail we place on each item, allow 5 to 7 business days before it's shipped. We strive to keep this at 3 to 5 days.

US orders will be delivered in 3-4 days after manufacture. International orders will be delivered in 10-20 days.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. But you have to be swift! If your order is not in print yet, we’ll cancel it for you. Once the manufacture process has started, we cannot cancel it.

I ordered the wrong size.  How can I fix this?

We are all human, and we understand….

Send us an email at support [@] sleekzpro.com with your order number to receive a return slip. Then mail the return item with a note with your correct size. We’ll make a new item for you with the correct size.


What if I receive a damaged item?

We live and breathe quality every minute. But sometimes an item can escape our fanatical addention. If you receive a damaged item, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself. Give it to a friend or throw it away.

Send us an email (support[at]sleekzpro.com) with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will accept your order for the following reasons:

  • A change in size as described above
  • You received the wrong item or the wrong size
    I know, we are all human, lol… Although we double and triple check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Don’t break a sweat, just send a photo of the incorrect item you received to support[at]sleekzpro.com and we’ll replace it for you.
  • You received a damaged/faulty item
    We live and breathe quality every minute. But sometimes an item can escape our fanatical addention.

As noted above, send us an email (support[at]sleekzpro.com) with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

 We will not accept your return for the following reasons:

  • You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print each item on demand individually for you, and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • You return an item before the request is reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item
  • The item(s) are returned past 30 days after you received them

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING QUESTIONS

What do you charge for shipping?

We think quality speaks for itself. You only pay shipping if your order is under $99.

If your order is over $99, shipping is on us!

 

 Our shipping is straight forward:

US shipping: $4.95

International shipping: $9.95


Why didn’t my order come in one package?

We ship your orders from various warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.


Where do you ship?

We ship world-wide.


How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking to your email. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

 


Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.


What should i do if i provided a wrong shipping address?

If you accidentally provided us with an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us right away. We will fix the order if the item has not been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it is too late to make any changes. You have to wait until the item is returned to us, then we can ship it to you. Please note there will be a shipping fee to re-ship it to the correct address.


Tracking shows "returned to sender", what should I do?

The most common reason for this is that make your shipment has been returned to us because the address you provided is incorrect or insufficient.

If your shipping address was not correct, we are not able to take any responsibility since we shipped it out to the address that you provided us and it is not the mistake from our end. Please note there will be a shipping fee to re-ship it to the correct address.


The tracking information shows “Delivered” but I did not receive my item(s)

This is something you need to raise with your local postal service. Errors can happen with delivery with postal carriers, and your carrier is the best to fix this.

Once we have shipped your item(s) to the address you provided, it’s out of our hands and control. The best way to fix this is for you to contact the postal courier with your tracking number.


Customs charged me extra for my item(s). Now what?

We are really sorry to hear that. Some governments have policies to impose fees that is beyond our control. We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about this.

MATERIALS AND SIZING

What are your leggings made of?

Our leggings are made of 80% polyester and 20% spandex. They are mid-rise and come with an elastic waistband.  All our seams are double stitched so you cannot tear them apart.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where are your items made?

Our items are made in the USA. If you are located in Europe, your item(s) will be made in our Europe factory.

My local currency is not US Dollars, but the items are in US dollars.

Since we operate from the USA, our prices are in US dollars. But this does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA.

The credit card company / Paypal will simply use the US dollar equivalent in your local currency.


Isn’t your pricing a little high?

We pride ourselves in our addention to detail and quality. We also love the fact that you are gedding a Limited Edition Item.

You can only buy our items from our store and nowhere else! We place personal addention to your items individually for you – we don’t produce anything in bulk!

We work with the best designers in the business. We use the best printers in the business to deliver amazing prints, and we use the best possible fabric to sew your item(s).  We also work with the best sewers in the business. Did you know that you cannot break the seams of our leggings no madder how hard you try?

We make our items right here in the USA – we do not import any "not so good stuff"! Quality is our number one concern.

Our items are printed on demand. This means our team produces your item(s) after you place your order. We sew each item individually by hand.

 

Bottom line:-

Great quality comes at a price. Our items are priced to maintain this great quality. You can expect to receive an item of top notch quality that will last way longer than a “similar” (not so similar) item you can buy elsewhere.
